How long does it take to receive my order?
Once you place an order, delivery usually takes 5 -25 working days (we always try that our customers receive their goods as soon as possible!) depending on its destination. If you have any questions, please contact us at hello@peturday.com.

What payment method do you accept?
We accept Debit and Credit cards from VISA, MasterCard and American Express. We also accept PayPal, Google and Apple pay payments on our website.

Will I receive an order confirmation email?
Once you place an order, you will receive your order confirmation on your registered email address, or on your mobile number.

Will I be charged any import duties and taxes?
If the value of your order is £15 or above, you may be charged to pay any import duties, clearance fees or any other additional charges to receive a package and the recipient will be responsible for any fees which may occur.

Can I receive my order quicker? 
We do offer quicker delivery options with an extra cost. Please let us know via email (hello@peturday.com) and we will respond to you within 24hours.

How do I proceed with a return/refund?
Please see the following instruction below;

1. Notify us via email (hello@peturday.com) if you would like to return an item within 7 days of receiving your order. You will then receive a return form.
2. Fill out the provided return form.
3. Send back an item(s) you wish to return together with a copy of the return form (If you forgot to enclose the form, not to worry, you can also send it to us via email).
4. Once your returned goods have passed our quality inspection, we will refund you your order.
5. It will take 7 - 14 working days for the refund to appear on your bank account.
