We are very happy to offer all our customers free worldwide shipping!
Please kindly note that it usually takes between 10-25 working days (we always try that our customers receive their goods as soon as possible!) to receive your order, depending on its destination.
For example, if you order from the UK you often receive your package within 15 days time.
Customs and Duties
If the value of your order is £15 or above, you may be charged to pay import duties, clearance fees or any other additional charges to receive a package. The recipient will be responsible for any fees that may occur, you will receive a notification via your mailbox or registered email address.
We operate on a DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid) basis. Sometimes goods may be subject to delays, due to customs or weather. The customer is responsible for providing any information required by customs to ensure the goods are cleared.
Exchange and Return
We hope you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with our products or you have received a faulty item, please see our policies below with regards to return, exchange or refund of your item.
If you wish to exchange an item we are happy to discuss an exchange up to 14 days from receipt of your item if it is unused, in its original condition and in the original packaging. It is your responsibility to cover the relevant postage costs, duties and taxes.

It is our responsibility to provide our customers with high-quality products and we hope you and your pets enjoy them.
However, if you do wish to return your order, you have a right to return an item you would like to return within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note that the item should be in its original condition, unused and with its original packaging.
It is your responsibility to cover the return postage and you may be asked a proof of tracking information. We do not refund for postage costs, packaging charges or any duties and taxes.
If you are shipping an item over £15, we kindly recommend that you consider using a trackable shipping service, or purchasing shipping insurance. We may require a proof of purchase if necessary.
You will receive a confirmation email when your package has arrived with us safely. Once the item has passed our quality inspection, we will straightaway notify you and process a refund for you. In the interest of fraud prevention, your refund will be issued by the same method by which you. Once processed, the refund may take between 7-14 working days to appear on your account.
Late or missing refunds
If you have not received the refund yet, please contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund appears on your account.

Any purchase of an item which is on sale is NOT eligible for an exchange or refund.
